  1. Michaan's Auctions is authorized to bid on my behalf at the above sale for the Lot(s) listed below up to the bid authorized below and to acquire the Lot(s) at the lowest price as permitted by other bids or the reserve.
  2. Michaan's Auctions will not be responsible for any error or failure to execute an absentee bid for any reason whatsoever.
  3. I agree that if my bid is successful, a Buyer's Premium on each lot (for cash and check purchases only) of seventeen percent (17%) of the Hammer price up to $100,000.00, plus ten percent (10%) of any amount in excess of $100,000.00, which Premium shall be retained by MICHAAN'S AUCTIONS. If you choose to pay by any other form of payment other than cash or check, the Buyer's Premium is twenty percent (20%).
  4. I have read and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Sale set forth in the Catalog.
  5. All bids shall conform to the bidding increments set forth in the Catalog.

In the case of a tie with a live bid from the floor, phone or internet, priority will be given to the live bid. In the case of a tie with another absentee bid, priority is given to the first bid received by Michaan's Auctions. Absentee bids must be received by Michaan's Auctions no later than 5pm the day before the sale date.
