Payment Options
Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, money order, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or wire transfer. Michaan's Auctions reserves the right to hold merchandise purchased by personal check until the check has cleared the bank. No international credit cards will be accepted.
Please note, buyers have seven business days to pay for and pick up the property purchased. If the property is be shipped, arrangements need to be confirmed within seven business days.
Buyers Premium
The invoice will include the successful hammer price of the item and the buyer's premium. The buyer shall pay a buyer's premium on each lot of seventeen percent (17%) of the hammer price up to and including $250,000, plus twelve percent (12%) of any amount in excess of $250,000.00. If you choose to pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover only) or any other form of payment, the Buyer's Premium is twenty percent (20%) up to and including $250,000 plus fifteen percent (15%) of any amount in excess of $250,000. Internet Buyer's Premium is twenty-three percent (23%) up to and including $250,000 plus eighteen percent (18%) of any amount in excess of $250,000.
