For several days prior to each auction, the property in the sale is exhibited in our main gallery. The preview is free and open to the public. Buyers are encouraged to preview each lot in person and speak with a staff member to learn more about the property. Condition reports are available for each lot, and are subject to our Conditions of Sale. Please request these through our Customer Service Department.
Our Estate and Fine Sale Catalogs can be viewed online two weeks in advance of the auction or you can request to purchase a catalog and it will be shipped to you. Annual catalog subscriptions are available upon request. You may download and print a catalog subscription form, which can be mailed in with payment. You can also contact our Customer Service Department at 510-740-0220 to purchase a subscription.
