  1. Michaan's Auctions will not be responsible for any error or failure to execute a telephone bid for any reason whatsoever.
  2. I agree that if my bid is successful, a Buyer's Premium of 17% of the hammer price up to and including $250,000 plus 12% of any amount in excess of $250,000, which Premium shall be retained by MICHAAN'S AUCTIONS. If I choose to pay by credit card, the Buyer's Premium is twenty percent (20%) up to and including $250,000 plus fifteen percent (15%) of any amount in excess of $250,000.
  3. I have read and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Sale set forth in the Catalog.
  4. All bids shall conform to the bidding increments set forth in the Catalog.
