Back-to-back auctions will be presented in September, with an Inspiring Interiors sale on Friday the 9th and the regularly scheduled estate auction on the 10th. The Jewelry Department often features a variety of quality stones and certified jadeite jade. Select Asian works of art have also been chosen for Michaan's monthly sales, with fine jade carvings, porcelains and scrolls often seen at auction. Commonly held among Fine Art offerings are paintings and sculpture. The Furniture & Decorative Arts section regularly includes period decor and furniture. Estate auction highlights for the September 10th sale include a whimsical mabé cultured pearl bug brooch, a Katsushika Hokusai woodblock print titled "Mt.
